Bruno Karberg

Biography

Posters, logos, certificates, wood engravings, bookbindings. Born 8 February 1896 in Curslack, near Hamburg. Studied at the Hamburg Kunstgewerbeschule: a teacher was Carl Otto Czeschka. By 1933: he had designed official seals for the City of Hamburg, and typographic borders for Genzsch & Heyse, Hamburg. Died before 1956.
