Ludwig Enders

Biography

Posters, trademarks, packaging, illustrations. Born 14 March 1889 in Offenbach a.M. Studied at the Darmstadt Kunstgewerbeschule: a teacher was Friedrich Wilhelm Kleukens, and at the Munich Kunstakademie. c1913-20: book illustrator. 1920-45: at the Offenbach a.M. Kunstgewerbeschule, where he taught commercial art, fashion drawing and, later, bookbinding. Died 1956.
